In order to encourage young researchers to participate in the XI Latin American Congress on Epilepsy, assistance grants will be awarded to a limited number of applicants who have submitted an abstract to the congress and that stands out for its scientific quality. The bursary award will assist awardees with travel costs in order to attend the congress, which may include registration, travel and accommodation.
To apply for a bursary you must complete the Medellin Bursary Application and send it by email email@example.com after submitting an abstract.
The deadline for receipt of bursary award requests is 15th November 2020
All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Have submitted an abstract to the 11th Latin American Epilepsy Congress.
At the time of application, must be 40 years of age or under.
Must be the first or second author of the submitted abstract.
Must have a Latin-American nationality or residency in any Latin-American country.
Candidates who had received a bursary award for the last two Latin American Epilepsy Congresses will not be eligible
