As an addition to the existing ILAE Mentoring program the Young Epilepsy Section identified amongst its members the need for more sustainable long-term mentoring. We therefore introduce a peer-to-peer mentoring programme with the aim to provide a framework for more experienced fellows and Post-Docs to act as mentors for younger colleagues (residents, Master, PhD students) not only at the congress, but possibly beyond.
